Personal Performance Appraisal

Last friday morning, I discussed with my boss on my Personal Performance Appraisal (PPA) for this financial year. Some of the objective i managed to score 1 (beyond expectations) based on the results achieved over the key performance indicator.but in my boss view he doesn't think i could claimed 1 because for him the impacts are not that big..bullshit...I'm piss off!!

    koi.. bersyukur la dapat berapa pun...
    yang penting kerja ikhlas.. ganjaran akhirat kelak lebih besar ertinya dari 1 atau 0 atau integer2 yang sama waktu dengannya...
